Abstract: | Minuartia mediterranea, a new urban neophyte in Belgium. In the summer of 2004 a small population of the mediterranean Minuartia mediterranea was discovered on pavement and an old brick stone quay in the city of Ghent (prov. East-Flanders, Belgium). In 2005 numerous additional records were made the vicinity. It is believed to have recently naturalised. A description (incl. a scan of a herbarium specimen) and some remarks about locality, growing conditions and origin are presented.Minuartia mediterranea, nouvelle néophyte urbaine en Belgique. Pendant l'été 2004 une population modeste de l'espèce méditerranéenne Minuartia mediterranea a été découverte entre les pavés et sur des vieux murs d'un quai dans la ville de Gand (prov. Flandre orientale, Belgique). En 2005 plusieurs nouvelles stations furent repérées dans les environs et l'espèce semble récemment naturalisée. La plante est décrite (incl. un scan d'un échantillon d'herbier) et des informations concernantses stations et son origine sont fournis. |
